About Ultra4NextÂ
Dave Cole
The mission of Ultra4Next is to make students employable.
We introduce students to shops and businesses so they can learn what skills those organizations need from future employees.Â

Every Friday during the school year, shop class students are brought to the King of Hammers Ranch for hands-on technical training on on- and off-road vehicles.

Unlike companies that focus on selling the most of their brand's products, race shops seek constant innovation to make their cars faster. They want to take last year's best products and make them even better this year.Â
Shop tours show students how companies and race teams use motorsports to innovate.Â

Brandon Boggs
Students go on factor tours to learn what skills are needed to design new products, operate the equipment, and market those products.
Students learn how companies operate and what talents are needed to keep it growing.Â

Chris PurserÂ
Qualified and certified student can become volunteer event workers at the annual King of the Hammers off-road festival on the track, in the pits, and during the concert.

Students are invited to SEMA to meet people and discover new brands.

"We make students employable by showing them what skills companies need, and then helping them learn those skills."
